Terms and Conditions
PRICES
All prices quoted are net and exclusive of VAT. Prices are quoted and accepted
on the understanding that if any additional costs are incurred by the job not
being as specified they will be charged as required to achieve the deadline
specified. All digital work received must be ready to print, any work required
to remedy any problem will be charged and invoiced. All digital files must be
supplied in a way that can be printed without the possibility of error.
A £5 collection and delivery charge will be added to all work under the sum of £25.00 ex VAT
ACCOUNTS
Credit facilities may be arranged by supplying a Banker's reference and two satisfactory trade references. Accounts may be subject to a credit limit at our discretion. Any queries relating to invoices must be notified within 10 days of the invoice date. No discussion or amendment is possible after this time. KopyKats reserve the right to charge 5% per month on all overdue accounts. Any account rendered to be paid must contain exact description of goods supplied and be the total of monies requested for the transaction.
DELIVERY TIMES
Where. At the clients specific request. time is deemed to be of the essence. KopyKats will only undertake such work, expressly on the terms that it shall not be liable for consequential loss caused by delay in delivery from any cause. Whilst the delivery times quoted are a fair guide they do not constitute part of any contract.
LIABILITY & INSURANCE COVER
The Company will take all reasonable care in the processing of goods but the Customer is advised that the working conditions prevailing make it difficult to eliminate the possibility of mistakes occurring and further that the replacement value of the raw materials submitted to KopyKats may be disproportionate to our companies charges for processing such material. Accordingly work is accepted for processing on the express terms that the liability of the KopyKats for loss or damage to the Customer's goods resulting from the negligence of KopyKats as servants or agents is limited to the replacement value of the raw materials submitted for processing up to a maximum value of £20 for any one order. Where the replacement value of the raw material exceeds this maximum value the Customer must consider the possibility of effecting Insurance cover. KopyKats cannot accept liability to a Customer in excess of the maximum value of £20 which will be deemed to be the responsibility of the Customer and to result from his failure to effect adequate insurance cover. All goods remain the property of KopyKats until funds are cleared on payment.
REPROGRAPHIC TONERS
/ INKS
Colour toners and inks are used in copying and imaging, all colour toners and
inks may change over time. Prints will not be replaced or guaranteed against
any change in colour.
COMPLAINTS
In the event of any complaint all work subject of the complaint must be returned within 2 working days. KopyKats will accept no responsibility for error unless a written order was originally tendered and agreed. All complaints must be detailed in writing. Invoices cannot be accepted after first original invoice for goods.
COPYRIGHT & LEGALITY
The Customer undertakes to KopyKats that material submitted to us for imaging shall not infringe any copyright nor shall it be material of a libellous or illegal nature and the Customer shall indemnity KopyKats from any loss damage costs or expenses incurred by the Company resulting from any breach of the undertaking.
PACKING & POSTAGE
Packing, postage when requested will be charged at cost or as agreed with customer,
all orders despatched are at the risk of the consignee. Items packed by us but
delivered with any fault caused by the carrier should be taken reported to them.
DESPATCH
We KopyKats undertake to deliver the goods within the time frame agreed. Charges for vehicle delivery may be involved.
